Can I discontinue my subscription?
Sure. You can discontinue anytime. Just click on the appropriate link on the sign up page. Your membership will cease at the end of the month in which you discontinue.
Exactly how do I discontinue my subscription?
- Log-In as you normally do.
- Click on “Subscriptions” in your Account Home
- Under “Options,” click on “Cancel Subscription”
- Your subscription will be canceled at the end of your current subscription period.
I'd like to track the progress of my people. How can I do that?
Just indicate to us that you want to be designated as a "learning manager." We'll input the permissions that will you let you create literally dozens of reports.
Will I have access to all your material or is it a credits system that allows a limited number of downloads for each monthly subscription?
You will have access to all the material. The only limitation is the time and bandwidth on your end. Please note, however, that your subscription is for one person. Sharing your log-in information with others will result in termination of your subscription.
Is the material downloadable?
The handouts for most of the training programs are in pdf format and you are encouraged to download and print them. The audio and video files are not downloadable, and you must view them on-line in real time.
May I edit the content to customize it to the specifics of my situation?
The audio and video files are not downloadable, and are therefore, not something that you can edit. You can certainly add your content to the exercises and handouts. You may never copy and reproduce the material as your own, or violate any provision of the copyright. You may find, however, that the exercises and worksheets already allow for specific application to your situation.
