Monitor his/her results, and, as an option, have him take the certification exam.
To develop an entire sales force, or a portion of it:
Require each sales person to complete the assessment. Then, use the recommendations to chart an individualized development plan.
Assign specific learning units - use our Learning Action Plans or courses to address specific learning issues. (We'll create a customized learning action plan for you. Click here.)
Require each sales person to spent a certain amount of time each month in the center, and monitor the results.
To hold sales meetings focused on specific sales issues:
Review our list of facilitator-designed pods. (As of today, there are 56 one-hour programs available.) Select those topics that most resonate with your situation. Bring your people together, project the computer screen, download the handouts for everyone, and hold a 60 - 90 minute training session.
